Our Programs

Our education program is dedicated towards supporting the unprivileged students to attain and complete their higher education in tertiary institutions in Uganda. This will improve their general well-being and develop change agents who will in turn develop their communities for sustainable development.

We work with tertiary institutions to promote education through provision of scholarships and bursaries to benefit the less privileged but academically bright students. We have a cohort of 15 students that have beneficiaries since 2022. Eight of these graduated in 2023 from different institutions, and the rest are still studying. Annual applications for the May and August intakes are shared on our various platforms within the district.

Turihamwe Empowerment and Advocacy has also conducted mapping of secondary schools in Kakumiro district for our planned school activities
